This magnificent four-sided farm that dates back to the 16th century nestles in an idyllic location amidst the green, undulating landscape of the picturesque Innviertel region. The extensive farmhouse and outbuildings offer an abundance of space and countless possibilities.

The idyllic setting guarantees absolute privacy. The charming ensemble comprises eight buildings that are named after their original use. The distinguished main building, the restaurant and “inn” with rustic rooms; the pavilion house that now includes a gym, the therapy building, reception, caretaker’s lodge and a cottage that houses the laundry and plants.

Permission has been granted for the estate to be used as a spa.
